- Oscar Ewing and Sons Dairy, Co. was started by David H. Ewing in 1876 on a dairy farm near Louisville, Kentucky. The company, which sold dairy products, moved to a plant in Louisville around 1900. The company merged with National Dairy in 1930, and by 1935, was named Oscar Ewing and Sons Dairy.

- The Oscar Ewing and Sons Dairy Company promotional photograph album (dated circa 1935; 0.03 cubic feet; 1 item) consists of a photograph album carried by a 1930s-era delivery milkman of the Oscar Ewing and Sons Dairy Company of Louisville, Kentucky. The album depicts scenes of production, testing, pasteurization, bottling equipment, and milk delivery. The prints have linen backings that contain notes made by the owner, including customer orders of various dairy products, delivery frequency, and address.
