ty of Louisville Task Force on

showed that the lower the hierar—
chy of university positions at L' 11
l.. the more those positions were
filled by women.

The group also found that
women who held the same iohs on

considerahly less. A comparahle

versity Senate committee found
that L‘K's campus reflected simi—
