legal and equitable, of the said Sallie A. Webb, Lizzie Dye,
formerly Webb, Edward Dye, her husband, Wiley W. Webb, Jr.,
and Sophia Webb, in and to said tracts of land, and warrants
the title thereto so far as he is authorized by the judgment,
orders, and proceedings, but no fhrther, nor does he bind him—
self, personally, by anything contained in this deed in any

This cause came on for trial and both parties announced ready
whereuoon came the folloving jurors; Shade Frazier, Samuel Wright,
um. Brown, J. I. Day, Elijah Warix, and Zach Day, who were duly em—
paneled and sworn as a jury to try said procerding, and after having
gone upon ihe property and viewing some, and having hrard ihe evidence

I and the instructions of the court, returned the following verdict,
to Wit;

"We the jury do agree and find for the defendants $325.

It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the couit that
$525.00 is the value of the strip or parcels of land SOught to be
condemned in and taken by the plaintiff in this action.

It is further ordered and adjudged that the plaintiff,
Lexington & Lastcrn Railway Company, pay into this court the sum
of $525.00, Which is the toral amount due the owners of said strips ‘
or parcels of land, and when so paid ihe s1me is to be received by
the clerk of ihis court, who is hereby authorized and directed
10 hold the said sum subject lo the further orders of this court
until he can make legal and proper distribution thereof, and for
which he and his sureties on his official bond shall be responsible
to the oersons entitled thereto, and upon the payment by the
plaintiff, Lexington and Eastern Railway Company, of ihe said sum of-
