Circuit Court Clerk. I find from the fee book of G.W.Cann,deceased,
that this suit was filed September 19,1P10 and on actoher 25,1910
a copy of the petition was maﬁa for you;a130 on November 2,1910
a demurrer was filed which seems to be all that was ever done in
this suit. ‘
I Will you ﬁlease furnish me with a copy of the petition,
also a copy of the demurrerzwith statement for ;eme. If you can \

Lee Circuit Court. Please note that no orders were entered.
The papers in this case have been lost for a long time. Several
Courts ago the case was referred to the Master Cammissioner to
supﬁly them,but so far no steps have been taken to comply with the
order. At the last term I suggested that the case ought to be
dismissed for want of prosecution,but the Court declined to make the
order.

. The continuances were had on account of the absence
of Mr. Hogg.
