Dear sir: John Deeper vs. L a E and L e N 2.2. Co.
This case was set for trial on the 13th day of the Jan-
uary Call term, 1917, and was tried on that day and the jury,
after hearing all the evidence offered by plaintiff and de-
fendant, and the instructions of the Court, reported in Open
court that they could not agree and was dieenarged. Seven of
the jury were for the defendant and five for the plaintiff.
Cause continued till next term.
