Plaintiff, ‘.Villiazm Little, states that he is a citizen
and resident of Z‘Bree‘thitt County, Kentucky, :5;-1d the defendant,
Louisville 3.;- Nes‘nville Railroad Company, is a corporation
organized under the lows of the state of Kentucky, with power to
sue and be sued.
mm ifi‘ states that on or about February 20, 1915, that
he purchased from the defendant :1 dirst class ticket at Jackson
which entitled him to ride es s. first class passenger from Jackson
Kentucky to Chenmvee Kentucky,
Plaintiff st ates that he boarded said train and the Con-
ductor took uh his ticket, but that when the train got neer Chene-
Wee, Kenmcky, that the defendant, its agents and sernants in
charge of said trqin in violeti on of the Statute friled to announce
twice or at {all or in my manner the ileum of the station and that
as a result thereof he was taken by {»2an beyond said station, and
that shortly thereafter he called the attention of the officers
in cher3e of defendrnt's train of the feet that they had taken
him past the st eti on, and asked them to let him off; but they
wilfully and wentonly in words and manner refused to do so, and
treated him in such manner as to humiliate him and carried him about
three or four miles beyond said station, to—wit Oakdale, Kentucky,
and that he bed to walk book through the snow and cold, andthat ‘
he was sick when he boarded said train and that his exposure and
great fatigue of the walk occasioned by the defendant putting him I
off at theIWrong station caused him to _become worse, and made him ' ~
