Dear Sir:-
In re warrant for nuisaame, lately pending in Whitesburg
Police Court:

I beg to hand you herewith taxation of costs in the above styled
case in which the L. & N. R. R. Co. was fined $1.00, same amounting
to $10.70.

Upon a trial of the case, the jury assessed a fine of $1.00.

The nuisance complained of was in throwing tin cans, slops, &c.
from camp cars on property alleged to be the streets of the town of
ﬁhitesburg.

town of Whitesburg.
To the Town Marshal of Whiteshurg, Kentucky,
You are commanded to summons
Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company to appear before
the Police Court of Whitesburg, Kentucky the 5th day of
July, 1915, to show cause why if any it has why it shall not ‘
be fined for permitting its agents and employees to throw upon
' the streets of said town slop, debris, papers, cane and 30.
