Sallie B. Little which is a case of carrying Sallie
B. Little, infant daughter of fiilliam Little, by Oak—
dale, Ky. on or about June 1st,1916.
You will note that this case cannot be

‘ The plaintiffsfurther say that by previouw arrangements her sis-
terinlaw the wife of Logan Little was to meet her at Oakdale station
that morning for the purpose of taking plaintiff Sallie B-Little to the
home of her brother Logan little who resided about two miles from said
Oakdale station, and that her sisterinlaw came and the agents, servants
and employees of defendant’s Company, carelessly and negligently failed
to Put her off of the train at Oakdale station as aforesaid, and on that ,
evening when she arrived back to Oakdale station there was no one to meet
her,and when put off of the train at Oakdale she was among strangers and
, did not'know in what direction her brother Logan Little lived and was
left there alone to her worry and humiliation andnannoyance for some >
time before she could learn as to where her brother liver, and did not
arrive or get to his house until nearly dark the same evening, and when
She SO arrived was greatly fatigued, humiliated and worried to her damage
in the ésuni of $500.00.
. Wherefore plaintiff prays judgment against the defendant the
Louisvil_le & Nashville Railroad Company in the sum of five hundred (500
\ .OO)
and for t\heir costs herein expanded and for all preper relief,
