- This is a record book of the Owenton & Ross' Mill Turnpike Road Company. Contained in the volume is a list of stock holders, May 20, 1849 - March 26, 1852. In the back of the volume is an additional list of stock holders (no dates), an account of payments and receipts, and another account of "money paid out".
