LAW; Class K Progress Report. To date about 1,200 titles have been
transferred into the LC Classification. The filing for the new catalog `
has not yet gone beyond the author cards, but a new subject catalog with
filing behind guide cards for most entries is in the process. Very
little original cataloging has yet been done since the titles have been
transferred were taken from LC or other libraries who have gone to
Class K, but it will be started no later than July 1973.
POWELL: Russell Powell, Engineering, will be presenting a paper entitled
"Coordination between Classroom and the Library" at the annual conference
of the American Society for Engineering Education. The conference is
being held in Ames, Iowa at Iowa State University, June 25-27, 1973.
