Biography / History
Farmer. Love, known as "Salt River Tom," was born near the river in 1854. He listed his residence as Valley Home, which was probably in either Anderson, Spence, Nelson, Washington, or Marion County, Ky.
Scope and Content
These are microfilmed copies of three volumes of memoirs by William Thomas Love, a Kentucky farmer. His memoirs, which include some diary entries, describe events on his farm, his local trips to visit family and friends, and his impressions of political and public affairs. Love also included some family history.
