Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Kentucky,
December 12, 1967


     The Board of Trustees of the University of Kentucky met in the President's
Office on the campus of the University on Tuesday, December 12, 1967, in regular
session as provided in KRS 164. 170 with the following members present: Dr. Ralph
Angelucci, Vice Chairman, and Mr. Robert Hillenmeyer. Absent were Governor
Louie B. Nunn, Mr. Wendell Butler, Dr. Harry Sparks, Dr. R. W. Bushart, Mr.
Charles 0. Landrum, Mr. Henry Besuden, Mr. Smith Broadbent, Mr. Sam Ezelle,
Dr. Harry Denham, Mrs. Rexford Blazer, Mr. Hudson Milner, Mr. William R.
Black, Mr. Richard E. Cooper, and the two non-voting faculty members, Dr.
Stephen Diachun and Professor Paul Oberst. In the absence of the chairman, Dr.
Angelucci presided.

     It having been determined that no quorum was present for the transaction of
business, on motion from Mr. Hillenmeyer, the meeting of the Board adjourned.
