Subject:RE: Report

Les,

Essentially Scott Brown and myself as chairman reported that we had obtained the dimensions for the hardware
that would need to be installed and were presently contacting companies that could give us quotes for the
materials by themselves and the materials and installation included so that we could present our findings for the
lodge. Scott Brown also displayed and discussed the pot rack to be hung above the middle island in the kitchen.
The rack is to contain approximately 15 hooks for various pots and pans and be chained to the ceiling at six
locations.

That was essentially all of what we had to report last night. On a side note tonight when we met for the
proficiencies Scott Brown and Eric Sharp both returned their proficiencies along with 5 other Circle Lodge Master
Masons with excellent perfection. They were declared proficient by Circle and the officers of our lodge present
which consisted of Myke Robins. Brian Coffman, Howard Mckenzie, and myself. l’m not sure if we will need
another motion in our open meeting to declare them proficient or not but if so let me know I will be glad to make
the motion.

Also tonight I spoke with Scott Brown further about the pot rack and at work today he had a metal worker there
cut out 2 Masonic square and compass emblems with the letter G in the middle to be mounted on either side of
the pot rack. They are approximately 1 foot in height and will really put a special look to that piece of kitchen
equipment.

it We forgotten anything just let me know.
