- This is a microfilmed copy of the letters and postcards of James M. Richardson, written while he was serving in the Kentucky state legislature in Frankfort. The letters mostly deal with daily and personal matters, although he often mentions the local political issues of the time. For the most part, these present a good picture of the day-to-day activities of a state legislator.
