' With the abolition of the subports of Kencsha, Oshkosh, Kewaunee,
Sturgeon Bay, and La Crosse within the past decade, the archives
of these subports were transferred to the Milwaukee office, which
is headquarters port for District 57. A number of these records
were lost in transit.
