Collection Overview

Scope and Content
The E. Lee "Tug" Wilson collection on Bourbon County, Kentucky (dated circa 1890-1910; 1.2 cubic feet; 39 items) comprises 39 glass negatives that depict scenes from Bourbon County, Kentucky, mostly in the county seat, Paris. Prints of the first eight items are also included in the collection. Ten of the negatives (items 9, 13, 14, 17, 23, 26, 28, 31, 32, and 35) were used to produce prints for a book, Images of America: Paris and Bourbon County, Berkeley Scott; Jeanine Scott. The first five items show Paris baseball players, while others show construction sites, homes and businesses, and workers.
