Biography / History
The Dickerson Brothers drugstore, owned by L.B. and N.R. Dickerson, was located on Main Street in Nicholasville. It dealt in drugs, stationery, surgical instruments, patent and prescription medicines, cigars, brandy, combs, brushes, and a variety of other health care items.
Scope and Content
This is an account book for the years 1889, 1890 and 1900 and a few miscellaneous accounts, kept by L. B. Dickerson. The ledger lists items purchased and price under the name of the customer.
