"He attains whatever he attempts." Gils' fame was won on the field of battle where he carried off so many trophies that all the denizens of Pat Hall vied for his favors. And that's where all the trouble came infor Gils' natural tendency is to jump into a rat hole or a coal cellar whenever he sees afar off an approaching maid. It's too bad that he should be thusly bothered, but such is fame. This gentleman, besides being a profound scholar of inside baseball and outside football, tinkers once in a while with such things as mechanics, hydraulics and the like.
VINCENT BARTLETT MILLIGAN, B. M. E. Lexington, Ky.
Thesis: Test on New Power House of Lexington Traction Company.
S. TJ. A. A.; A. S. M. E.; A. I. E. E.; Tau Beta
Kake; W. C. T. TJ.; Gym. Team; Band. "I stood among them, but not of them; in a shroud of thoughts which were not their thoughts."
When Milligan attended the Lexington Grammar Schools he cast some several sheep's eyes toward the girls' side of the room. 'Tis thought he received a terrible shock about that time, for he became an ardent worshipper at the W. C. T. U. altar, blushing if a maiden dared to look in his direction. Vincent has become some engineer, however, and will no doubt be able to nt up his bachelor's quarters very attractivelybringing honor and fame to the old college ground.
P. S.Since the Annual went to press Vincent has emphatically denied all above charges, saying he's just biding his time and will do something desperate yet!
ALEXANDER T1MBERLAKE RAMSAY, B. M. E. Anchorage, Ky.

"A gentleman, if not a scholar." This handsome youth hails from Louisville made famous for no other reason than that he came from there. His first two years were taken up with a "Hughes" crush which one "Day" changed by his promiscuous knocking; his next, by military science which he relinquished the following year, having received "Ideas" along a business line. He also raised sideburns which were the envy of the Senior class. He is a disciple of Morpheus, and consequently usually 'late for first-hour classes. Always ready for a good time and a willing worker in that line. He is quite a shark at the game. ;
