Our TERMS for Selling are Five per cent. on $5000 or less, and Two and

full time of the manager and his assistants. Tangible proof of our success is
given in the fact that we make our compensation depend entirely on results,
while others ﬁnd it necessary to get a large revenue from advance fees. We
offer as many positions, of as high character and value, use as effective methods
in representing our members, and aftord them as good advantages in every
reSpect, except for spending money. as any agency which charges two dollars.
more or less, for registration. \Ve do not promise positions: no honest agent
does. We do not discuss the “ prospects ” of individuals, because what teachers
will be successful is a matter of so much uncertainty that conjectures about it
usually have little or no value, and we can do more for our members and our-
selves by pushing our work, than by wasting time in guessing. The prospects
of teachers who are wart/1y and eﬁa‘eu! (others need not expect attention), will
be as good here as in an‘,r agency. We shall continue business with enlarged
plans and facilities. No Teachers’ Agency in the United States will be in posi-
tion to render better service, and since we can not enjoy our leisure and grow
rich on registration fees, but must get our whole income from commissions
earned, there will be no doubt of our activity in ﬁnding and ﬁlling vacancies.
