SECTION ,1. _A diplomaifrom the A. & M. College of Kentucky, con- ~
_ A ».férring the degree of Bachelor of Pedagogy, shall" be sudicientltevidence
Q of_qualiiication— to teach in the public schools iu Kentuckjduriug the
i lifetime of the person upon which such degree  conferred§'unless  
he or·she~ shall cease to teach for five consecutive years; audnoother , ‘
certilicate or license shall. be required of him `byany board authorized by C —
‘ law to employ teachers for any of tliepublic schools of- Kentucky. ·The  
V Board of ;Trustees` of the said College, may issue certificates to students . _·
  A who complete a course of study inthe Normal Department thereof equiva- - .__’

i for a State. diploma, and such certificate, when issued, shall authorize and V
