TRAINING AT UK
September l —- SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW BEHAVIOR FOR  PROMOTION APPLICANTS.
This training program considers the University of Kentucky job interview
from the employee's point of view. Its objective is to better prepare
employees for career change, advancement and growth within the University by
providing training on successful interview practices, techniques, and behaviors.
Enrollment is limited to a maximum of 25 participants, and only one participant
per department.
September 9 -» DECISION MAKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING.
Designed for supervisory management, this training program analyzes the
basic concepts of decision making and problen solving, and seeks to improve
the process. Enrollment is limited to one person per department with a
maximum of 25 persons.

This workshop presents the basic principles to help University rranagers
improve the effectiveness of their meetings. It is best suited for managers
from mid- toyupper-levels of the University who frequently conduct meetings
