- Robert Burns Pusey, born in 1836, was a physician and native of Kentucky. Pusey attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He practiced medicine in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Pusey passed away in 1889.
- Scope and Content
- The Robert Burns Pusey papers comprises daybooks and ledgers (dated 1863-1889; 1.95 cubic feet, 3 boxes, 3 items) that were used to record the accounts of Dr. Pusey's medical practice in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Also included in the collection is the Pocket Companion, a portable pharmacopoeia.
