Dear Uarolyn:

Tere at last is the first splash of the
Pond. It is quite an education trying to
edit a magazine,for many reasons!

We can talk of all this when we next
meet, which I hope will be next saturday.
And I hope it is as nice as today is turnin
out to be. I look forward to it. (If you
have any New Yorkers saved-- I can use the
ads etc for my long poem)

Thanks for the card from Florida. Ies,
a nice big pond, but the picnics there
cannot equal those on the shores of Monks
Pond.
