- The McDonald family, of Louisville, Ky. and Jefferson County, W.Va. included Julia McDonald Davis, first wife of John W. Davis, Democratic nominee for president in 1924.
- Scope and Content
- This is a collection of correspondence of the McDonald family. Most of the letters contain family news, and a few of Julia McDonald Davis' letters are included. Also included are a number of invitations to social events in Louisville.
