The McDonald family, of Louisville, Ky. and Jefferson County, W.Va. included Julia McDonald Davis, first wife of John W. Davis, Democratic nominee for president in 1924.
Scope and Content
This is a collection of correspondence of the McDonald family. Most of the letters contain family news, and a few of Julia McDonald Davis' letters are included. Also included are a number of invitations to social events in Louisville.
