 Annual Report
Copies of the 1977-78 annual report for the Library System have
been distributed to department heads. The reports will be circulated
in each department. If you have need for a personal copy please see
» ‘ Pat Lloyd.
Reminder S i A 9
Time sheets for the pay period beginning December 16 and ending
December 29, 1978 should be turned in to the Director's Office on
. Thursday, December 21.
Effective December 15, all hours should be turned in to the Director's
. · Office (Ann Short) rather than Administrative Services. Paychecks
will continue to be issued by Ann Short also. The main reason for
·this change is to consolidate the record keeping, thereby enabling the
Library to respond more efficiently to payroll problems.
Work Study Students
We have been informed by Work Study that we cannot continue our
practice of putting work study students on the Library payroll after `
their work study money runs out. However, Mr. Halsey asked the
‘Library to emphasize that work study students who feel the financial
need to continue working after their money runs out should contact his
office and he will review their situation.
Architecture Library Plays Santa
FREE DAY - NO FINES. Architecture Library will accept their own
books all day Friday, December 15.
Reclassification Unit
The Reclassification Unit still needs extra students during the
semester break. We will give those interested as much as 40 hours per
week from Tuesday, January 2 through Friday, January 12. We are
especially interested in students already on the Library payroll who
_ would like extra hours during the holidays--at the new l5¢ per hour
` increase. Anyone interested should see Joan Gatewood, Reclassification
Unit, 7-3831.
