    The regular December meeting of the Board of Trustees,
University of Kentucky, was held Tuesday, December 8, 1942, at
10:00  ammo   The only member of the Board present was Judge
Richard CO Stoll, Vice-chairman of the Boardt  President H. Le
Donovan and Secretary Frank D. Peterson were present0

     There not being a quorum present, Vice-chairman Stoll ad-
journed the meeting until January 12s 1943, at which time the
full Board is asked to meet, and the Secretary was asked to so
notify the members8
