Group portrait, from a distance, of Little Georgetown students and Nannie Faulconer (1865?-1940) standing in front of the school house. Handwritten on verso, "Picturesque Little Georgetown a colored school in the heart of the Blue Grass. This old building is on the banks of South Elkhorn Creek, Fayette County, Ky. This poor school is praying to grow into a fine colored school like Maddoxtown in the same county. (Three copies)
