Project #249 District 6: Reconstruction of the Mt. Washington Road. This is one of the several projects on Echo Trail, a scenic highway which circles the outer edge of the county. This project involves the widening of the present 10' bituminous surface to 16'. Additional stone base will be placed and the old surface scarified before surfacing with 75 pounds per square yard treatment. Workmen lining old pavement and excavating for extra stone base
