Project #1490 District 5: Two improvements for the Putnam Junior High School in the City of Ashland, KY, are the construction of a stadium and of a driveway abutting the school property. Project #1490 is the construction of a concrete driveway, sidewalk, curb and gutter, extending from Blackburn Avenue to Twenty-ninth Street, which will provide a paved approach to the high school building.
