Deceased was son of the late Rev. Dr. “’arren, and' was born in Dcnbighshire. He was the author of “Ten Thousand a. Year,” “ Now and Then," and other novels. In February, 1950‘, he was returned to the House of Commons for Midhurst, which he re resent d till February, 1559, when he was uppeiute by Lum Chelmsford a. Master in Lunacy. The post vacated is worth £2,000 a. year. Mr. Warren resigned the Re- cordership of 131111 in 1874. \~
