month. However, rent due and subsequent thereto
has not been paid. The total amount now due is $
for a period of months.
We have made many unavailing efforts to communicate with you
regarding this matterkincluding inquiry at the Post Office as
to whether you have left a forwarding address, inquiry among
your neighbors and at various stores in the community, but no
one has been able to advise us as to your whereabouts. All of
our mail to you has been returned to us undelivered.
We hzve therefore concluded that you have abandoned the property
and take this means of notifying you that on we will
taxe possession of the premises and remove your furniture to
storage in other property belonging to us. We will store this
furniture for you at a cost of rlO-OO a month for a period of
3 months beginning . At the end of that period
if the storage due has not been paid the furniture will be adver-
tised for sale and will be sold for payment of storage in accord—
ance with the law in such case made and provided.
