Dear Mr. Johnson:
The agreement, made in 1970, under which you occupied the
above numbered house as tenant of Mountain Investment, Inc.
was that, for the work performed by you in rehabilitating
the property, you would receive a credit on the rent of
the difference between $35.00 per month (which you were to
pay) and the normal rental of $52.50 per month for property
of this type and condition. This credit was to continue
for a period of one year from the date of occupancy.
You began living in the premises on approximately October
15th, 1970. We decided to ignore the split month and
started your rent on November 1, 1970. You have been payv
ing $35.00 per month rent on these premises since that time.
This represented the normal rental of $52.50 for the premi-
ses, less the credit we agreed to allow you for work per-
formed.
The full year in which you were to receive credit for such
work will have elapsed as of November 1, 1971; therefore,
your rent, beginning as of that date, will be $52.50 per -
month on a month to month basis until further notice.
