This will confirm the agreement between you and this
Company with respect to rental of the space on the ground floor of the
”Community Building” in Wheelwright, Kentucky. The space is described
as follows:

Formerly occupied by the Lynch Medical Services, con-
sisting of two bays opening onto the front perch of said building and
containing approximately 1,039 square feet ir total; also, four small
rooms at the rear of said bays and washrooms as indicated on the Inland
Steel Company floor plan of said building identified as File Number ¢7~F
dated lghl.

We agree to rent the above described space to you for
a period of One (1) year, beginning_ifléggfgﬁrﬁuwaLiZé;___, for use
as a pharmacy for the sum of the Hundred Seventy—Five Dollars ($175.00)
per month, payable in advance on the__Lii‘ day of each merth beginning

extension in writing is not executed by both parties your tenancy will
thereafter be on a month to month basis.

All of the utilities including water, sewer, gas and

tained hy you and at the end of the lease period and any extension
