The combustion i’IlGlanl‘ on this furnace is under warranty for twenty yr-irrsv from
date of original purchase against rustroui or burn-out, under normal domestic use
not exceeding standard pressures and/or fuel rating. A hole or other opnning caused
by rust or heat shall be evidence of failure in this respect. If this combustion chamber
is replaced, the purchiiser will be charged and aqrecs to pay l/ZO ol the currenl
retail price for each year, or fraction ihereci, which has elapsed since the date of
ourchdse.
Further, all mechanical parts are under warranty against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from date of original purchase.

 Replacement will be made at {he factory (in any part returned prepaid through I
the dealer and claimed within the warranty period to be defective and icund by 1
the Company upon examination to be so defective. I
Replacement shall be fob factory and Temco, Inc. shall not be liable for drayage or ‘
labor cost. I
This warranty shall not apply, nor can we assume any responsibility, for conse»
quential damages that might result irrm its use, mis-use or improper installation,
where the product has been tampered with or altered in any way or which in our
judgment has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or which has I
the serial number eh’aced, altered or removed.
This w‘rrranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other I
obligatrn or liabilities on our part, and we do not authorize any person or repre—
sentaiive to assume tor us any other obligation or liability in connection with the
sale of this product.
In order ior this furnace to be registered under the terms of this warranty, the at-
tached registration card must be completely filled out and mailed to the factory
within two weeks at the date of original installation. No postage is necessary.
