We have verified the report that a. I. McKinney gave to you con-
cerning three tenants who have televieion sets not connected to
our system.
I do not believe that we would want to go " any extremes :0 try
to force the tenants onto our television 5/‘tem. One of the
tenants, Leon Mosby, has his own a @333- r He reportedly
told Junior Little some time ago that he was W van permission to
install his antenna wire by Mr./§ e or Mr. rker. The other
two are apparently receiving ’yéii't d signal from our cable
system. At the very best, lfitnr.c ~ould only be reCeivin; a
mediocre picture. '

. / ,»- , ,
Tue time and expense e ire: o *- part to decrease tne signal
radiation 15 more cos‘ than txo or three prospective eubncribcra
are worth.
I am actually 3 ‘ ised there are only three trying to get
their own re.e tion. would have expected more than that; but
if you want 3 to try worsen their reception, we will do so.
This requires ' ‘ ielding of the cable and numerous ground
wires along th '* . Even this would not blank out the radiation
completely.
