- The University of Kentucky Alumni Association. Alumni records (dated 1869-1950; 9.8 cubic feet; 28 boxes) comprise alumni class records, rosters, questionnaires, recollections, and reunion class lists that provide information about early University of Kentucky men and women students. Information includes the students' year of graduation, family members' names, address, military service, occupation, and honors and awards. An in-house, file card name index is available to determine if a student filled out a survey and to facilitate searching.

Class Records and Rosters, 1869-1931
Scope and Contents note
Contains lists of University of Kentucky alumni by class from 1869-1931. The survey includes fields for undergraduate degree, major, present occupation, geographic location, former occupation, advanced college degree, institution, date obtained, additional work, and post college career information. Post college career information includes position of distinction, publications, inventions, memberships, and honors conferred. Also includes a separate set of rosters in three bound volumes for the 1869-1913 graduating classes in three volumes. A name index is included in the initial volume. Information includes name of alumnus, original residence, and employment subsequent to graduation. Fragmentary clippings are occasionally included. These were most likely compiled around 1913.

Questionnaires, 1877-1942
Scope and Contents note
The Questionnaires series contains questionnaires received by graduates of the University of Kentucky from the years 1877-1942. Questionnaire questions include name, class, address, present occupation, school records including entrance and graduation, university honors and memberships, publications, inventions, contributions, children, relatives that have attended the university, and war records. There were no questionnaires received for 1878, 1883, 1885, 1886, 1887, and 1938-1941. Arranged by class year.

Primarily comprises class lists, departmental lists, and information including names and addresses, publications, and personal stories of graduates from the years 1880-1950. There are no reunion materials for the years 1881-1884, 1886-1889, 1891-1893, 1896, 1899, 1916, 1922, 1926-1927, and 1936-1949.
