Scope and Content
This scrapbook appears to have been that of Alpheus Blinn, but it is not certain whether he actually compiled the scrapbook himself or if it was done by someone else. This is a microfilm copy of news clippings of the articles of Alpheus W. Blinn, who wrote religious and temperance pieces for northern Kentucky newspapers including Newport and Campbell County, Ky. Although some of his columns concern politics and ethical behavior, the majority of them are of a theological and reformist nature.
