Richard E. Gift was a professor of economics at the University of Kentucky.
Scope and Content
The Richard Gift papers contain an unpublished manuscript - Capital Mobility and International Conflict. This manuscript contains thirty-nine pages of autobiographical notes on the war/peace system, 1936-1958; forty-four pages of annotations; and forty-three pages on identifying the war/peace system.
