Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University
of Kentucky, December 10, 1963


       The Board of Trustees of the University of Kentucky met in the President's
Office on the campus of the University on Tuesday, December 10, 1963, in regu-
lar meeting as provided in KRS 163. 170 with the following members present: Dr.
Ralph J. Angelucci, Vice Chairman, and Mr. Robert H. Hillenmeyer. Absent
were: Governor Bert T. Combs, Mr. Emerson Beauchamp, Mr. Wendell Butler,
Dr. Harry Denham, Mr. Smith Broadbent, Dr. R. W. Bushart, Mr. Sam Ezelle,
Mr. W.F. Foster, Dr. H.B. Murray, Mr. Clifford E. Smith, Mr. Floyd
'Wright, Mr. Gilbert W. Kingsbury, Judge J. A. Sutherland, and the two non-
voting faculty members, Dr. Lewis Cochran and Professor Paul Oberst. In the
absence of the Chairman, Dr. Angelucci presided.

       It having been determined that no quorum was present for the transaction
of business, on motion from Mr. Hillenmeyer, the meeting of the Board adjourned.
