Public service librarians will meet at 8:30, Wednesday, September 24,
in the Tech. Services Conference Room.

Trudi Bellardo will coordinate all data base activities such as those
offered commercially by SDC and Lockheed. Her office will be in
Room 200-A of King Library - South (near Reference). The new unit
will be called the "Automatic Search Services Unit". The terminal
and printer are scheduled to be delivered in October.

Margaret Elliott has joined the professional staff on a half time
basis in CSR/Periodicals. Ms. Elliott has a B.S. in biology from
Kentucky State and her M.L.S. from Indiana University (Bloomington).
Prior to coming to U.K., she worked in Reference and Periodicals at
Blazer Library. Please stop by and introduce yourself during the
next few weeks.
