Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Uni-
versity of Kentucky, April 1, 1952.

     The Board of Trustees of the University of Kentucky met in
the President's Office at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 1, 1952.
The following member was present: Guy A. Huguelet, Vice Chairman.
President Donovan and Comptroller Frank D. Peterson were also
present.

     This being the regular quarterly meeting date as fixed by
statute, Mr. Guy A. Huguelet, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trus-
tees, being present, and there not being a quorum, the Vice Chair-
man adjourned the meeting until April 25 at 10:00 a.m., in the
office of the President of the University.
