Staff Organization Picnic:
And yet another reminder: the l977 LSO Picnic-in—the-Park is E
_ planned for June lO, beginning at 5 p.m. at Jacobson Park,
Shelter #4. We will get the grills going right away (volunteer ‘
chefs welcome!) and plan to eat about 6 p.m. If you need to
leave work early to pick up food and family, the Director's
Office says it's okay. Don't forget: beer, soda, hotdogs,
hamburgers, buns and plates, cups, forks, napkins, etc. are q
being provided, thanks in part to a $50 contribution from *
Paul Willis. If you did not sign up when the sheet came through ‘
your department, and you'd like to join us after all, just give _
a call to Karen Boucias (8-2684). Hope to see you there!
Bealth Insurance:
University Personnel will be sending out further information
and forms to all employees next week so that those people
wishing to make changes in their coverage can do so.

CETA Supervisors:
Please see that the time sheets for CETA people are in the
Director's Office by Noon of the Friday on which they are due.
Someone from the Bluegrass Employment comes around l p.m. to
pick them up. Thank you.
Staff taking courses:
Staff members taking a course on library time need to turn in
a note with department head approval on it listing the name
of the course and time it meets to Faith Harders.
Vacancy:
LT II Inter Library Loans
Vacancies are first listed in the Green Bean; they are usually
posted later that week with Personnel for outside applicants.
Internal Transfers:
Within the next week, Larry Greenwood will transfer to Circulation
as the head of that department and Instructional Services will
be merged with Reference. Jeff Sauer will go to Administrative
Services as coordinator of day to day operations.
