Dear Fred:
. I just want to voice the sentiment of a man,
with the hundreds of your other friends, in con-
gratulating you on the highest honor that can come
to a man in medicine from his co-workers.
You have many friends that are monaintimate
hut none of them admire the fine work you have done
and the many honnns that you have had bestowed than
