Dear Fred: 1
Congratulations on your election to the Presidency
of the American Medical Association. In my opinion, a very
good choice was made. ·
pg The notice as well as the picture in the Journal
I v brought hack many memories. One — at least, that you have for-
’ gotten. One cold night a few of the boys were standingT’not l
knowing what to do. You suggested that we go to see, "The Miracle
Man." I had barely met you and did not expect to be included
in the party but you insisted that I go too. I appreciated that,
having just arrived in Rochester. You were friendly, not only to
me, but to other new boys as well.
With best wishes and kind regards to you and your
I family, I am
E Very truly yours,
