Training sessions for dividing the catalog UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY
will be held Monday, November 19. Persons LIBRARIES
involved in the project will report for
training at the first hour that they are November 16, 1973 No. 26
scheduled to divide the catalog. For
instance, persons dividing the catalog at
8:00 A.M. will report for training at 8:00 A.M. on Monday, November 1%,
1973. Training sessions will be held in 5l0B each hour of the day.
(Exception: Those scheduled for training at 2 P.M. or 3 P.M. will re-
port for training at g P.M.!) `
A make-up session for those sick or unable to attend will be held the
following morning, Tuesday November 20, at 10:00 A.M. in 5l0B. (DG)
UKLA: Mark your calendar to attend the UKLA meeting on Tuesday, Novem-
ber 20 at 3:00 P.M. in the Student Center Theater. In addition to the
panel members listed on the announcement you received, Dr. Cochran
will also be present.

THE MOVE: Very soon Bill Gardner and Deanna Hudson will be putting
labels on your desks, typewriters, etc. in preparation for the move.
Please remember that these labels must not be removed until everything
is moved to the new building.
CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS: These regulations come from the Safety Depart-
ment: l. All decorations, including Christmas trees, must be U.L.
approved non-combustible artificial decorations. 2. Decorations ’
shall be arranged in a manner not to obstruct exits, lighting, or
corridors. 3. No smoking permitted around decorations. 4. All de-
corations should be removed prior to the holiday vacation. Please
