Delta Gamma
Delta Gammas, who officially received their charter only one year ago, started the year by pledging thirty-four women in fall rush.
The 1962 Sigma Chi Derby championship brought the first trophy to be captured by D G's on campus. Their Homecoming float, built in cooperation with the Chi Omegas, won first prize in the judging.
The Delta Gamma's candidate for Homecoming Queen, Amonda Mansfield, was voted second attendant.
Some of the activities in which the D G's participate are Cwens, Alpha Lambda Delta, Blue Marlins, Chorus, Pitkin Club, Home Economics Club, WAA Council, KSEA, and ROTC sponsor corps.
Delta Gam officers view the plans of their new house at the construction site. Officers are: Stacia Yadon, vice president; Patti Muth, president; Ann Mirando, social chairman; Madge Graf, rush chairman.
