Project #2419 District 5: Two improvements for the Putnam Junior High School in the City of Ashland, KY, are the construction of a stadium and of a driveway abutting the school property. Under Project #2419 a reinforced concrete stadium is being built. This project also includes landscaping adjacent to the stadium and construction of necessary walkways.
