Project #1618 District 3: WPA Project #1618 provides for reconstruction of East Eighth Street in Newport, KY, for an area of 415 feet in length and 30 feet in width. The existing brick paving is removed, cleaned and replaced bottom side up with the addition of as many new bricks as are necessary. View of section of re-layed brick pavement.
