Military field day, 1931

President Frank McVey, last on right and the Reserve Officer Training Corps officers during the awards ceremony in 1931 to present the University of Kentucky ROTC with the National ROTC Rifle Match award, 1930. This award was sponsored by William Randolph Hearst for the Southern Universities and Colleges ROTC National Rifle Match. This occasion was at the Military Field Day, 1931.
